Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Boo Bliss purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Final Sale items, including opened perfumes, cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at contact@theboobliss.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
- Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@theboobliss.com.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
